M. P. Baker Library at Panola College in Carthage has scheduled a lunchbox lecture in the library community room for a book signing at noon Tuesday to launch Bill O'Neal's new book, "The Johnson-Sims Feud: Romeo and Juliet, West Texas Style." The event is free and open to the public.
